Accurate information
Users must provide accurate account and project information, make only supportable credential claims, respect privacy, and avoid unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe content.
Projects and payments
Homeowners and contractors are responsible for scope, permits, insurance, licences, estimates, contracts, payment terms, taxes, safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
Moderation
EZ Clear may investigate reports and restrict content or accounts where the implemented moderation process and applicable law permit. Emergency services should be contacted for immediate danger.
